Retail Locations

Where is Pastorale Flower retail shops?
Our flower shops are located in 6 Central Park Ave, Chippendale NSW 2008 Australia. Enter via Abercrombie St.

What are your hours?
We're open 9am - 5pm, 7 Days a week

What's the stem bar?
Our in-store experience allows our customers to pick exactly what flowers they want. Flowers are sold per stem. Pick out your favourites and we will wrap them for you to take home. You can even do the flower arrangement at our self serve desk by yourself to add more fun for the day! If you’d prefer your stem bar selection to be arranged by one of our designers, you’re welcome to order from our Daily Blooms Menu!

Do the Daily Blooms Menu items change often?
As flower varies all year round, our stem bar displays different flowers waiting for you to pick. We also create special holiday flower menus for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the winter holiday season, to help you find the most beautiful flowers of the season to celebrate special occasions. Some of our favourite seasonal flowers are only around for a few weeks each year, so keep an eye on our Instagram or join our Email list to see what's fresh at the shops.

 

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?
It's easy to order online! Browse our Daily Blooms MenuRose Lover MenuDesigner's Choice Menu, Tailor your wedding or online gift shop - add your selections to your cart and follow the prompts to place your order for delivery or in-store pickup. We ship dried flowers and gifts nationwide - you'll find a shipping option available at checkout if your order can be shipped via mail.

How can I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel a scheduled flower order send an email to info@pastoraleflower.com.au. we require 72 hours notice in advance of the pick-up/delivery date to cancel your flower order. 

 

Can I make special requests?
Yes, we'd like to know your needs for flower choices or colour preferences by add notes when placing your order. However each flower arrangement is subject to flower availability and seasonality, so we cannot guarantee any specific flowers or colours but we would try our best to meet your needs. We'd also like to hear your stories to create a beautiful and unique design to express your feeling.

 

Delivery + Shipping

Do you deliver?
Absolutely! We offer delivery to Sydney metro areas 7 days a week. Simply place your order online, and select a delivery date at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery pricing starts at $15, and varies based on distance from our retail shops. In-store pickup is free, and available during our normal business hours.

What time will my flowers be delivered?
Pastorale Flower makes deliveries between 9am - 6pm. Delivery times vary based on our delivery drivers' routes, and the recipient's distance from our shops. While we cannot guarantee a specific time for standard deliveries, priority delivery may be available for an added fee. If you'd like to request priority delivery for your order, please email info@pastoraleflower.com.au with your order number and the details of when you'd like your delivery scheduled.

Do you offer same day deliveries?
Same day delivery must be ordered by 12pm. 

Do you deliver flowers outside of Sydney?
At this time we only offer fresh flower delivery within Sydney metro area. We do ship our selection of gifts including candles, vases, dried or preserved flowers nationwide.

How much does shipping cost?
We ship our collection of gifts and dried flowers throughout the Australia for a flat rate of $10. At this time, we do not ship fresh flowers or plants. Please allow 4 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. Please note: we do not currently accept international orders.

 

Weddings + Events

Do you do flowers for weddings?
Yes! We have two services to choose from - our Tailor your wedding menu or quote from us. Our tailor your wedding menu has a curated selection of items for you to choose from. This option has no minimums and is available only in Sydney metro area. Our full service option is for those who are looking for a comprehensive design proposal - including ceremony design, installation work and custom arrangements. If the venue is further away, we will travel to you. Quote for the cost by Email.

How far in advance should I place my flower order for upcoming birthday, baby shower, wedding day, etc.?
The earlier, the better! If you know you have a special event coming up, please place your order at least 3 weeks in advance. This gives us time to source any extra special blooms you've requested, and coordinate delivery times with our drivers so your blooms arrive perfect.

Do you do workshops?
Yes! We'll start to host workshops in near future to teach flower arranging, flower crown making and wreath making or whatever you can imagine. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on when they are scheduled. We also love to bring our workshops to you for private parties and corporate events. Flower Subscriptions

Do you do flower subscriptions?
Yes! You can sign up for a recurring flower order weekly or monthly from our Daily Blooms Menu. Pick between our wraps or arrangements, choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, delivery or pickup. We offer 10% off for subscribers.

How can I make changes to my subscription?
Login to your online account, click Subscriptions, then click Manage subscription, where you can find all your subscription info in one place. You can updating your payment method, change your shipping address, skip your next subscription, pause or cancel your subscription. Please make changes at least 72 hours in advance.
